FSRC "Construction" participates actively in realization of many most complex building projects. This participation is realized in different forms. Most often it is a creation of normative documents, which are used practically at any construction project of this country. In a number of the projects the employees of FSRC "Construction" have accepted direct participation in erection of objects, among which are football stadium "Locomotive" and high-rise complex "Federation" of "Moscow-City". The participation in these projects has allowed to organize mass production of concrete of classes B80-B90 with high-flow mixtures, to raise reliability of tall buildings and to establish a record on continuous concreting of a footing with more than 9 thousand m3 of concrete.
The employees of FSRC carry out also rather important work on monitoring behaviour of the most crucial and socially meaning objects. So, for example, under the contracts with maintaining organizations the tool aided control of a technical condition of a roofing structure of the Main sports arena (БСА) in Louzhniki, large-span transparent roof of a Guests yard (Гостиный двор), Central exhibition hall (ЦВЗ) "Manezh" and covered ice-skating stadium in Krylatskoe is carried out. Besides that the methodical recommendations for maintenance of safety of underground water lines at construction in dense urban environmet (geomonitoring) are prepared, performance of which at stages of designing, construction and operation will allow to raise essentially the safety of buildings in zones of new construction.
Appreciable place in total amount of works of FSRC "Construction" makes scientific support and examination of the projects, as well as direct participation in designing of very important and non-standard structures, including, for example, at designing high-rise buildings in seismic prone areas (Irkutsk, Sochi), at designing and construction of novelties of domestic construction - aquaparks - with application of glued wooden bearing structures in Mytishi (Мытищи), St.-Petersburg, etc.
The experts of FSRC "Construction" consider participation in realization of the construction projects as the important section of the work and consequently are always ready to be connected to performance of the most complex and crucial building projects.
